Introduction

Scriptmate ("we," "our," or "us") is developed by Peter Lavskiy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use Scriptmate on iOS, iPadOS, or macOS.

We built Scriptmate for actors who need a private, reliable tool to rehearse and record self-tapes. Your scripts, recordings, and rehearsal data are personal and sensitive — we treat them that way.

Information You Provide

• Script content — text you type, paste, or import from PDF
• Voice recordings — audio you record as reader lines
• Self-tape videos — video recordings you create within the app

Information Collected Automatically

• Device information — device model, operating system version, and app version, used solely for crash diagnostics and compatibility
• Crash reports — anonymized technical data when the app crashes

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily contact us for support
• We do not track your location
• We do not collect behavioral analytics or usage statistics beyond crash reports
• We do not serve advertisements
